Introduction

Game Brief

To participate in MetaClash game battles, players can either design their own NFT figure — a battle vehicle — Digital Avatars of Destruction (D.A.D) or simply convert an existing NFT and choose a faction in the MetaClash world to participate in the game.

All D.A.Ds are made of at least four parts: plasma engine core, chassis, weapons, mobility, armour, etc. They can only be obtained through loot boxes or secondary markets. Depending on the scarcity of randomly generated parts, there are five levels: common, uncommon, rare, epic, and legendary.

Game Model

Player vs Environment (PvE)
Players consume daily energy to participate in PvE battles, where players or teams of players will perform tasks to fight AI mobs and bosses according to the storyline. The maximum number of collective deaths in a round is three, and if the player’s D.A.D is destroyed, it will increase the number of team deaths. If the maximum number of deaths is exceeded, the game is over.

Player vs Player (PvP)
Player versus player battles, where the player with the highest number of victories in three or more combat rounds wins. Each player has a certain number of chariots (D.A.D.s ), and when a character is killed, the player is considered dead for that round.

PvP is divided into three types:
1v1: simple one-on-one matches where the winner receives a prize and earns ranking points
5v5: Team battles with a higher demand for game strategy, and the winning team is assigned higher rewards
5v5 + Player Wager (PvPW): Teams will deposit a certain number of $PCORE tokens in the smart contract, which will distribute the tokens from the betting pool to the winning team.

Story Background

In MetaClash, DAOs are called factions (Factions). As the world evolves, MetaClash will poll certain development decisions, such as the next model to be released, or where possible listen to suggestions from the faction community and build with them.

Telum, Invictus, and Machina are the 3 factions that can provide players with the key to survival.

Telum represents the highest political and military power, the only international organization in the old world that survived into the new world. Machina is the organization that poses the greatest threat to Telum’s position. Invictus is the world’s mysterious organization, composed of knights from mysterious regions, whose technology and resources are useful to both Telum and Machaina.

Token Economy

Dual token model: $PCORE is the primary token, used to buy NFT, upgrade in-game assets, participate in betting, vote governance in different DAOs, etc. $ION is a reward token with a purchase and payment nature, which will be acquired in various matchmaking, and consumes energy (Energy) while acquiring it. There is a cap on the amount of energy acquired per day to ensure a cap on the acquisition of $ION tokens, and $ION can be consumed to build parts. There is no total supply cap, but $ION itself has a deflation mechanism to keep the supply and demand of tokens in balance.
